Congratulations to Joe L. on his first solo flight!
Joe completed his first three solo takeoffs and landings in N266VA on September 9th from runway 16 at Portsmouth International Airport (KPSM). Joe got to solo on the perfect night, no wind, no traffic and a gorgeous sunset! Joe has been interested in aviation from a young age and learning to fly is something he has always wanted to do. He currently works at the Portsmouth Naval Yard and is training with us to get his private pilot certificate.
