Congratulations to Daniel R. for completing his first solo! He flew N266VA, one of our Vans RV-12 trainers, around the pattern three times at Portsmouth International Airport (KPSM). His first three solo bounces happened on the morning of September 29, 2018 on runway 34. We think this got him very excited (as it should!), so he went out and purchased his very own Cessna 172. Congrats on the airplane and the solo!
Daniel was instructor Lindsey Mitchell’s first student to solo since she started at CHI Aerospace. Dan and Lindsey have been flying two to three times per week since he decided to start flight training. We love seeing that kind of dedication, Dan. Nice work and have fun exploring the skies as PIC!
